I was filming a music video on the 27th of August that involved a woman getting engaged and then being drowned by her jealous sister (it's a folk song, don't worry).
My cousin and I were filming down on the rocks at Flaggy Shore in Co. Clare and we were using my granny's engagement ring as the prop in question. When my cousin went in to the water she was wearing it and when she came out she wasn't.
The ring isn't hugely valuable but it IS hugely sentimental. We searched for ages but had no luck as it is definitely in the water. If anyone could help us find it again that would be amazing.
We have clear footage of the ring and I can pinpoint exactly where we were on the rocks as we have footage of that too.

Morning Folks,
Quick update, I was trying my luck on the weekend, unfortunately no success yet,
To find this ring on this rocky shore it would probably border on a miracle.
The location I have been shown on the map it's on the very rocky shore, even walking on these rocks full of see weeds it's very difficult and then you still have to swing this thing,
I’ve spend 2h moving a stones looking for the signal, all I’ve found was a two beer can pull tabs,
Will try next week again but without pinpointing the exec location its like looking for a needle it the stack of hay.
I can upload the photo of the placed once I will figure out how to do it,
Will keep you posted
