Hi lads! I'm based down in West Cork. First detector I got was the Vanquish 440, was really good to me but I've sinced upgraded to the Equinox 800 (hadn't heard about the newer 700 & 900, hope i didn't make a mistake!). Plenty of beaches down here and where I'm living is in the countryside. A few of the farmers down here let me on their land, but it is remote enough area and there hit and miss. Did get some good finds, but have to put in the time. Time well spent!
