spoke to peters today.turns out ring is lost where there is permanent water,so requires someone with underwater experience.Unfortunately I cant help him.

tis in a pond.unsure how much silt is there and he thought maybe waist deep.but those ponds around garryvoe are very boggy and unpredictable
