Hi there, if anyone lives near Wicklow I would greatly appreciate your help in finding my wedding ring. I lost my wedding ring somewhere along the seafront of Wicklow Town. Very likely I lost it in the high grass near the carpark towards the harbour. It's a small, plain, platinum ring with the inscription '02/07/11' (yes, I lost it the day before our anniversary ;() As for many, this ring is of great sentimental value to me. It's been reported to the guardai. I would be so grateful to anyone giving it a go to find it. If you need any more information, please don't hesitate contacting me at tildetje@yahoo.com. Thank you!

Long (thick) grass and metal detectors are quite a bad combination, as the grass makes it almost impossible to "swing" the detector, but we have swveral members on the forum down that direction, so I m sure someone will take it on.

But you need metaldetector anyway! Plywood will flatten the grass only !
